Your information is stored securely in Supabase, a database service with encryption in transit and at rest. Payment transactions are processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat — Modo Racha does not store credit card or banking information.

Your data may be stored or processed on servers located outside your country (primarily in the United States, where Supabase and RevenueCat operate). These providers comply with protection frameworks such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) when applicable.

Modo Racha is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it.

If you enable notifications, Modo Racha may send you local reminders related to your daily routine. You can disable them at any time from your device settings.
